Heräsimme viideltä aamulla mennäksemme katsomaan auringon nousua. Valitettavasti taivas oli hieman pilvinen ja valitsemamme paikka ei ollut aivan paras mahdollinen. Saimme kuitenkin rauhallisia aamuisia kuvia aikaiseksi. 🙂 Rauhallisen aamuhetken jälkeen palasimme nukkumaan.
Toisen heräämisen jälkeen kävimme aamiaisella. Aamupäiväksi siirryimme huoneeseemme tekemään Kristan excel tehtäviä. Juha oli eilen yöllä sopinut että mahdollisesti tänään kävisimme yhden sakin kanssa heidän veneellään viereisellä saarella. Olimme huoneessamme piilossa kun he lähtivät, joten menetimme sen mahdollisuuden.
Kahteentoista mennessä keli täällä oli muuttunut aamun seesteisestä melkoiseksi tuuleksi ja sateeksi. Meillä kävi siis pienoinen säkä. Jos olisimme menneet veneen kyytiin saisimme aikamoista höykytystä aalloista sekä sadevettä niskaan. Koko päivä on tuullut ja aina välillä satanut. Tälläistä keliä on luvassa seuraavat kaksi – kolme päivää. Onneksemme lähdemme huomenna täältä pois. 🙂
Päivä on tullut vietettyä sisätiloissa lukien, leffoja katsellen ja syöden. Pihalle ei kukaan halua ja eläimetkin on harvassa :).
We woke at five in the morning to see the sunrise. Unfortunately sky was quite cloudy and the place we’ve chosen was not the best possible. We got some nice morning pictures though :). After a peaceful morning moment we went back to sleep.
After our second wake up call we went for breakfast. For the duration of the morning we were in our room doing Krista’s excel homework. Juha had made preliminary agreements about a possible boat trip with couple of natives to the next island. Apparently we were hiding in our room when they decided to leave, so we never got on their boat.
By noon the weather here had changed from the calm morning to heavy wind and some rain. It seems we got a little bit lucky. If we would have been on that boat we would be getting quite a beating from the waves and the rain would be pouring on us. The wind has been up for the whole day and we’ve had some rains. The weather should be like this for the following two – three days. Luckily we’ll leave tomorrow 🙂
So this day we’ve been indoors reading, watching movies and eating. Nobody wants to go outside and even the wild life seems to hiding somewhere. 🙂
